We love visiting the Historic Aviation Memorial Museum. You will be amazed at the Aviation history that is contained in this museum! A great number of the volunteers that work the museum are Veterans and they add a "true to life" dimension to your visit....More

If you plan to visit, call first to see if a large crowd is scheduled. You want to go when just a few people are there. The docent that led us around had personal experience with many of the aircraft on the tarmac. The displays...More

I took my aging Father-in-law to this museum. He was delighted, but also found the amount of display a bit overwhelming. The adjoining hamburger restaurant was a good break between viewing.

This is quite an impressive display. They have done a really nice job on documenting aviation history. My husband and our friend were both in the Air Force and they really enjoyed it.

Two adults and two kids and we spend $17 total for admission. Good displays with plenty to read. The museum covers the beginnings of flight to the space program with specific areas for each war and commercial air flight. There are about 15 full-size aircraft...More

This museum is absolutely LOADED with interesting exhibits...almost too many to absorb. Suggest you allow 2-3 hours. It is so eclectic...WW1, WW2, commercial flight, women in aviation...a real wealth of info. Then there are the outside planes! It is definitely worth the visit.

Amazing museum with far more than you can see in one visit. You'll see items and displays rarely found. Do not miss a trip out to the tarmac to see the aircraft.
