Stairs and more stairs. This is a cute little park with stairs to the top. There are small flat areas you can take a second to catch your breath. I really enjoyed once up there getting to the top was a little challenging for me, but it was a great view.

My legs were burning near the top, but the views were worth it! Bring some water and your camera! Nice and quiet at the top.

A pleasant hike. Views are great. Met locals doing their morning workout. I am 63. This is a doable hike

Short steep walk to the top of Prayer Mountain also known as Old Baldy. Beautiful 360 degree view of the surrounding area. Not a destination but a great stop if you are in Wimberly

We started out at a fairly fast pace and then quickly realized we needed to slow down. Over 200 steps but all well worth it! The views from the top were amazing and this ended up being one of our favorite things from our weekend in Wimberley!! Can't believe we had not heard of it on our many previous trips... we will be back!

Nice workout to 360 view at the top. 218 steps from my reading. We met several locals using this as part of their workout routine on way up & down. Windy at top but welcoming breeze to cool down. This is in a neighborhood with few nice home being developed. No entrance fees & about 6 parking spaces off the road in front on steps.

Great panoramic view of the area. It's a relatively easy hike but just be prepared for the altitude change. The hiking path is very well maintained.

Easy hike if you’re accustomed to the altitude. The view is a good way to see a 360* of Wimberley mountains.

There are 218 steps to the top of Old Baldy/Prayer Mountain and the panoramic views are spectacular. Lots of blooming vegetation when we visited and everything smelled fresh and springy.

A great short hike up 250 steps. Inspirational messages along the way are left on rocks. Great views from the top.
