This arch is located a short way off of the main Cottonwood Canyon road. You can drive to a small picnic area. The arch is visible from the picnic area, but it is definitely worth walking a few hundred yards along a paved trail to...More

But well worth the visit. Around ten miles in Cottonwood Canyon raod which is a great drive. The all of sudden the arch is there. Great place to have a wander around and your lunch at the picnic facilities which include restrooms.

The dirt road out and back was rough for our rental car but we made it without getting stuck. It was a long drive but it was a fun adventure that we all enjoyed. Hardly anyone was out there so we enjoyed the silence and...More

From the parking space, the walk way is mostly paved. This is one of the most easiest hike you will encounter out the west. There is a dry toilet.

3min of Cottonwood Rd in rural Utah. Worthwhile the xtra mile. No pewrmit required, few people and loads of nature. Nice picnic spot with restroom. walk 1000ft on paved walkway to get to the photospot.

Stopped here on our drive down Cottonwood Canyon Road. Had the place to ourselves for a bit. The arch is spectacular - make sure to walk all the way up to stand under it.

I short distance from Kodachrome State Park which is a stones throw from Bryce Nat'l, Grosvenor Arch is a fun drive on dirt roads to arrive and stay for a while. When in the neighborhood, it's worth the time to go see.

Grosvenor Arch is very accessible, but please check with the Cannonville BLM visitor center first, for road conditions. By the way, you'll have a shorter drive along Cottonwood Canyon Road--unpaved, rutted, curvy, up-and-down--if you start from Cannonville/Kodachrome Basin State Park. A great scenic drive, if...More
