    Amazing view
Amazing view of the meandering San Juan River through the gorge. Close to Monument Valley and you can park nearby, so no walking if mobility is a problem. Well worth taking detour to see it, we were fortunate with the weather, and very few people there. We just had brief stop for photos, but glad we came.

    Worth the visit
This is relatively small for a State Park (at least the portion we saw) as the main attraction is directly in front of you once you pay the $5 entry fee (which is reasonable given the scenic view). The San Juan River snakes through four "U"s 1,000 feet below you. Be careful as the majority of the edge is not railed. The view is amazing. A number of people pay an overnight fee and camp or RV there to hopefully enjoy the starlit nights.

    Nice view
This place is few miles from west entrance of Valley of the Gods. It cost $5 to enter the state park. There was no one to collect so we drop $5 into a box. Envelope is provided for you to fill out license and other info. The place is nice, many campers were there. We stayed about 10min to admire the place. Its not as grand as Horseshoe bend at Page but still very nice to see. Its easy to get here on a paved road. The park also has restroom which to my surpriset did NOT smell!

    Quick stop...Beautiful view.
We stopped in here after driving through Valley of the Gods. Wonderful views! Costs $5 to park, walk over to the lookout, and take a long look. We enjoyed it very much. Could have sat there all day long. Easy access, not crowded at all. You can actually see Monument Valley way in the distance from the overlook.

    Don't miss this.
People make a big deal of Horseshoe Bend in Page, AZ but believe me this is just as impressive if not more. You won't spend much time here but make sure to stop and take a look. You won't be disappointed. My first time through the area I missed this. Next time I took a short detour off highway. Easy access. Small entrance fee to probably cover bathroom and newly placed road.

Great view that is hard to fit in one shot
Not too far out of the way and only $5, so well worth the view. Paved the whole way, so no trouble for any vehicle. It was fairly quiet and nice weather, but our visit was early April. The only trouble you'll have is fitting everything in one picture.

Wow what a stop and all for $5
The photos do not do this place justice. But for $5 you can park up and blow you mind with some stunning geology. Also good toilets, wi-fi, and plenty of shade to sit and have a picnic, which is what we did. I think there might even be options to RV camp here. I cannot emphasise how good this stop was and that this is so underrated with the likes of the more famous Monument Valley nearby. It is also close to Valley of the Gods and Mexican Hat so could be a double or triple bill when in the area. Loved it and would come back for another look as long as my wife has made some more nice beef and pickle rolls to enjoy the stunning views with.

Goosenecks is just a short drive off the highway between Bluff and Monument Valley. The view from above is spectacular and should not be missed.

Definitely worth a stop if you’re going to Monument Valley. Only takes 30 minutes to get here and climb around on this overlook.
