Our family of 4 (2 adults, and kids ages 12 and 15) had an amazing time on this UTV sunset tour. Robb was a super tour guide - he adjusted the tour based on our interest and desired level of adventure, had cold water available at every stop, took care to stop for photos periodically, and even took pictures for us with his phone that he airdropped at the end. This was absolutely a favorite part of our trip to Utah and we plan to come back for more next time we are here.

Top notch experience. Family of 5 took a 3 hour guided tour in a 2 and 4 seater Razors. Our guide Eric was great, super fun, friendly and knowledgeable as was the rest of the support staff. The Razors were new and in excellent condition. Fun beyond expectations, well worth the expense.

The crew at Mad Moose was spectacular! Beautiful boat excellent customer service and friendly! Ease of use for vacationers and first time renters ! Soo much fun could not have asked for a better team, and better experience at quail creek reservoir! Pricing was the most affordable for the boat we were given. Our girls loved the tubing and safety was top notch life jackets and videos provided would allow any parent extreme comfort on the water.

Always a pleasure. I've rented side by sides and boats here once a year for the past 5 or 6 years. Always outstanding customer service and the equipment is always in top shape. Look forward to renting again next year!

Hands Down! This was the most amazing experience of our trip! And all due to Mad Moose! Being my first, and my husband's second, attempt at ATVing, we were nervous, and after two hours we came back to return our vehicles. But Chris, wanting to be sure that we had the best experience possible, and knowing that we were doing this in celebration of my husband's 70th birthday, went above and beyond, in offering to take us back out himself. He was AWESOME! He had us follow EXACTLY in his tracts, and took us to “The Top of the World.” The view was fantastic! He also guided us (helped us play) in the Sandbowl. I can't recommend Mad Moose enough! Everyone we met was extremely helpful and friendly, but Chris, especially, was a great blessing!

Rented a slingshot for an hour - what a fun ride. Connected my play list and cruised along. So much fun. Easy to operate and a new experience for me.

Wow!!! We had a blast! We booked a two hour UTV tour. Our experience was AMAZING! Our guide Dan Bartlett was absolutely WONDERFUL! His expertise and knowledge was phenomenal. He customized the experience just for us! We can not THANK YOU enough for such a fun and exciting experience. We will definitely be returning for another adventure!

We rented a 6 seat Polaris Ranger, when we checked it out it had a cracked tail light on the passenger side. We had a great time during our 4 hour rental. On our way to return the vehicle, another UTV's tire rubbed the back half of the vehicle and cracked the tail light, so now both tail lights are chracked. The guy who checked me in said it wasn't a big deal because they could power wash where the tire rubbed but I would have to pay for the cracked tail light that I caused and I agreed. He went on to say the guy who assesses the damages wasn't there so I would have to just wait a few days to get an email. 5 days later I received an email that they decided just under $1000 of my $1500 deposit. Their claim is that basically half of driver side panels of the vehicle needed to be replaced. They never mentioned anything like that while I was there. This seems to be their business model and is probably a part of their revenue stream. There's no way those panels needed to be replaced and I doubt they even replace the cracked tail light since the other side was already cracked when I rented it. I definitely would NOT recommend renting from this company. They will squeeze you for every penny.

This was a trip of a lifetime. We're from Houston, the terrain is flat and unremarkable. Utah is full of mountains, cliffs, rocks/boulders, it's amazing. Our great guide, Tyson, was from the area, very experienced and knew the trails like he owned them. He took us over trails that I would have been way to scared to try myself. He knew the capabilities of the machines and told us exactly how to handle them to conquer all of the obstacles. He was very excited for our accomplishments and jumped out regularly to take our pictures and video with our cell phones so we would have good mementos of the trip. We all had great times on this trip from Mad moose rentals and would highly recommend it to anyone else as long as you use a great guide like Tyson. We would have been lost in the dunes without him. I'm 6 ft 5 and weigh over 300 pounds and fit in the machine just fine. My sister-in-law who is 4 foot 10 and 100 lb fit just fine as well. I have a giant head so I did bring my own helmet. But they had a wide selection of helmets for other people. We rented turbo models they had less than 500 miles on each of them they ran great and we didn't have any issues. All the reviews on here about parts and having to pay for parts when a machine breaks down, if the customers were paying attention there are signs and written confirmation in the contract about customers are liable for parts up to a certain dollar amount. I asked Tyson our guide how to be careful and not break anything and he said if you drive the way I tell you to you should have no problems. So be careful when reading reviews alot of these people were on there own cruising and didn't have guides and for sure didn't read their contracts. Our experience was amazing and we would always recommend them.

We rented a side by side ATV for TWO hours. When we returned the machine they charged us $200 for slightly burning the belt. After TWO hours- really! It had just been returned by someone who used it all day plus it was dirty. We were willing to overlook that plus It was a two hour trail ride. I would not do business with them again. Poor customer service! I understand parts get worn out and need to be replaced but the charge shouldn’t be for the last rental of the day. Every one who rented it and contributed to the wear that day or week should be charged. It’s outrageous!

If you burn/damage the belt during your rental you are billed for it as explained. This is not something that happens over time, but abruptly by a specific person.

Have a UTV guided Sand Dunes Tour reserved for first week of June. Reserved a 4 person UTV for me and my wife and 19 and 21 year old sons. Was going to let the boys take turns driving during the tour and wanted to make sure that could happen and not interfere with the tour.

If you know the area (or are going with someone who does) and are familiar with off road trails, go on your own. If not, a guided tour would be more fun and worth it.
