    Lives up in every way
It was everything they said it would be on the website, in reviews, and in pictures. The service was good. The food was really good. The views were spectacular and the golf was top notch. The course conditions were better than I expected. Even the warm up Links course was really good. Tight fairways. Honest greens. Not necessarily fast, but true. Not as much break as you think, after all, they are resort greens, but everything about the golfing experience was awesome. While the front nine isn’t what you came for, it’s still some good golf with fun holes. All but one of the par 5s are reachable in two if you hit good shots. And even bad shots weren’t punished too bad. Unless of course you were way off line and in the desert. And then the back nine!! Lives up to the hype. So fun headed up into the steppes. You get a taste with the par 3 11th and then turn to play the 12 and wham! We really enjoyed it and I hope to return someday!

Sand Hollow Golf Resort- Championship Course.
I’ve played over 40 of the Top 100 golf courses in the world, including 4 of tht Top 5. I’m not sayimg this is a US Open course, but it was a very fun and challenging golf experience, not to mention how beautiful the course is. Great golf for all levels of golf lovers.

    Nicest course in the area.
We recently talked ok a golf vacation to Utah and Nevada and Sand Hollow in Hurricane, UT was on our list. Although it was over 100 degrees, the golf course staff provided plenty of cold water, ice and ,cool towels. The course as in terrific condition with well watered and maintained fairways and greens. Their signature hole is a par 4 with the left side of the fairway near a steep cliff. It is pretty cool. If you are in the area, give Sand Hollow a try. I’m glad we did!

Allow 5 hours 15 minutes to finish. They take your money, do nothing to speed up play, and kick you off the course with 30 minutes of daylight.

Check the sunset time before you go. Allow 5 hours and 15 minutes before sunset, or you will not finish your round.

Been coming here for over 10 years, and they do not care about your golf experience. The take your money, and do nothing to ensure speed of play is reasonable.

Be prepared for a higher fee than advertised on the website. We were charged $50 more/person than when we booked. We got out on time, but they allowed 2 groups of 8 to play together in front of us. Play was incredibly slow and we kept receiving notifications on the cart screens that we were behind and to speed up play. All that did was make us mad, and there were no marshalls anywhere. We could only play 12 holes before the course closed at 7---and we started at 2:30! This is a travesty. The college student at the desk was incredibly condescending, treating us as if we were neophytes to the game. It took a strong demand from one of our party to even get the card with the pro's name and number. AND they have NO marshalls on the course at any time; they rely on their cart screens. If you must go to this resort, go to the restaurant; it is amazing. But don't bother golfing this beautiful course; it's a complete waste of money and you will be frustrated.

Amazing views and wonderfully built course. Greens were a little beat up on the front but that cleared up. Food was good at the clubhouse. Alfredo pizza was delicious

Stunning views and an excellent golf course. Pace of play is awful, especially on weekends. Great if you rarely play golf and are just out drinking beer with your buddies. Pace of play is not monitored and the staff doesn’t seem to care.

My two sons played here in April. Stunningly beautiful golf course. The stretch along the cliff face on the back 9 has to be seen to be believed. Friendly pro shop and starter.

Restaurant and bar area nice looking but a bit odd. They wouldn't serve even soft drinks unless you were having a meal which was very odd! I got the impression the staff there wanted to go home in the evening as it was hard work getting an outside table when it wasn't busy in the restaurant.

So in summary. Golf course incredible. Restaurant/bar go somewhere else.

Probably one of the most amazing courses in Utah, BUT it is complete and utter joke to charge so much for golf, be started 30 minutes late, and not Marshall the course. If you don’t Tee off before 2:00 PM don’t plan on finishing.

$200 really? Not close to the best track in Ut. Greens were very Sandy and inconsistent. Fairways not in the best shape. Staff is very good.
