I’ve been coming here for 45 years. It’s clean, quiet & so tucked away amongst the leaves you can’t even tell it’s a campground. It’s by a gorgeous golf course & wildlife. A gem of a place to camp.

Spent about 1 hour there as part of a Utah vacation in September. Did one of the walks and enjoyed the views. It is pretty easy to find with a GPS. There are numerous walks of different lengths. It is very reasonable cost since it...More

This park is about a mile from Midway's two resort hotels. It's in a canyon, but don't let that fool you into thinking it's a small, narrow park without anything fun. They pack in a 36-hole golf course, multiple campgrounds, horseback riding, and historical sites....More

I'd love, love, love to come back here, BUT just a bit later in the year to avoid the August heat. For some reason, with all the mountains surrounding us, I felt we'd be at a higher elevation than we actually were (thus cooler), but...More

Played both the Lake Ccourse and Mountain Course. The Lake course is in better shape and it was very nice for a public course. We enjoyed the round. The Mountain course is more challenging but we did not enjoy the condition or the massive amount...More

We horseback rode through this beautiful State Park! It was incredible. We used Rocky Mountain Outfitters as our guides through the park. We crossed many of the trails used for the Winter 2002 Park City Olympics for Cross Country Skiing. It was a delightful scenic...More

If you can, play the Mountain Course. The views are phenomenal and wildlife is prolific. Start your day at the restaurant (omelets are legendary) or have a great burger for lunch.

This state park has a nice hiking trail system. There are trails that range all levels, from easy to advanced. (To tell you the truth, the advanced was not that hard). We went Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect. Temperature was in the high...More

Soldier Hollow is in Wasatch State Park and was the cross country ski venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics. It is world class.
