We stumbled across quarter horse racing here and had as much fun watching the people as the horses! The audience seemed to be a mix of Latinos and whites, ranchers and laborers, and of course all were horse lovers.

The Golden Spike is a great spot in American history where east and west cane together, our country forever changed! Ghost towns now line the terrain, there's beautiful landscape and a chance to see replicas of the original locomotives. Very cool!

The Golden Spike Arena is the main structure on the Weber County Fairgrounds. It was built to host the annual Golden Spike rodeo, but also hosts a variety of other events and expos. The fairgrounds has ample and close parking for all events.

I have been to boutiques, home shows, and other events that are excellent. Central checkout for purchased items.

It seems hot and dusty every time I am there. They do have some good events and shows. We recently attended an outdoors expo that was pretty nice...

Came here to see the rodeo, and apart from the smell of manure (!), it was a good space to hold it in. It's just basically like a large space which can be filled with various events, but it has lots of free parking, seating...More

Always a funky, fun, family event venue. We have been here for rodeos, Germanfest, antique auctions, agricultural and roller derby! Clean bathrooms. Spacious. Good parking - easy place to visit.

Very interesting history on the railroad and the work involved progressing to the present day. Very worth taking your children to see.

We have gone to indoor and outdoor demolition derbies, rodeos and circus here. In August they hold the Weber County Fair with lots of things to do. Next, to the arena are several soccer and softball fields and a playground.
