Whilst this is a charming 'village' there is little in terms of food outlets and shopping (for ski clothing). Have stayed at Telluride (mid mountain village) which has more outlets and restaurants. It is good to be in the mountain for access to skiing. If you want nightlife suggest staying in Park City.

This mountain is stunning. We had an excellent time skiing through the winding trails that run through the housing enclave. Views were stunning and the trails were fun. Almost all the runs are intermediate or higher. We enjoyed this side of the mountain more than Park City. Cloud Dine restaurant offered spectacular views and good food. Kitchen staff at Cloud... This was our first time staying at Canyons Village. This resort is probably one of the best places we've stayed for a ski vacation. Everyone is very courteous and will take time to answer any questions we had. The shuttle service is great and will take you where you want to go, just let them know a time in the... More

Here we are on our annual vacation. Additionally celebrating our youngest 21st. Snow is ok - need fresh powder. About to start Sundance Festival. Love our condo at Westgate Resort!!

Having only skied in Europe I was really pleasantly surprised when we got to canyons and there was a free car park, and a. Lift to get you to the main lifts. Amazing!

Incredible snow and wonderful system of lifts with pleasant staff. Scanning lift pass through clothing was very convenient.

Hadn't been there in ten years. Was disappointed with the DV experience, so we slid over to the Canyons and renewed our love for this wide-open well-groomed, recently expanded ski resort. Highly recommend.

This is a nice little area. It can get very crowded at peak/holiday times. They have some retail shops, mostly ski oriented as well as some restaurants. This area is where the main ski lift is so it's a great place to meet for parties who have separated throughout the day.

Mainly an accommodation area and base for skiing. Not an overly large or developed area of PCMR. There is very limited retail shopping and restaurants and cafe's are also limited.
