Guided tour through historical schoolhouse converted to museum. Peteetneet was the local Native American chief. Several generations had attended school at this historic schoolhouse. The guides are long time residents of Payson and have a lot of local history to share.

Visited this Museum it has a great collection for the history of the area. Lots of photos and a large selection of quilts.

This is a beautiful old school built back in the 1890's that is now used as a local history museum and events center. We went when there was an art exhibit which was nice, but it is the building itself that is the real focus....More
