Southgate is a great course for those looking for an enjoyable round of golf as opposed to a brutal test of your skills. Southgate also features a game improvement center with award-winning PGA professionals and instruction programs.A great walking...more
My partner and I are decent golfers and we decided to play this course from the back tees. The yardage wasn't extremely long, but for some reason we had a hard time scoring. There were a lot of subtle challenges that we encountered from the...More
I have played Southgate numerous times. Always a friendly staff, good specials, and course is always in good shape. It’s not s long course but the layout makes up for the length. Don’t be fooled. Very tricky if u don’t pay attention. One hole is...More

The course is beautiful and reasonable but not clearly marked at all. At least twice you leave the course and cross a Main Street. Neither time are signs posted as to where to go. You actually have to drive down the street to get to...More
I hadn't played Southgate since they made the changes brought on by the Dixie interchange, and was pleasantly surprised by both the excellent conditions and the course changes. White tee's play a little short, so try the blues or go crazy and play the back...More
