The St. George Dinosaur Discovery Site at Johnson Farm preserves thousands...

The St. George Dinosaur Discovery Site at Johnson Farm preserves thousands of dinosaur tracks in place right at the site of discovery. Walk through a snapshot of an early Jurassic lake ecosystem and meet the dinosaurs and other animals that left their tracks here. See the world's largest collection of dinosaur swim tracks, and a rare track made by a crouching meat eating dinosaur, including hand impressions! Enjoy our special exhibit room and our Dino Park where kids can dig in the sand to find dinosaur tracks and practice making their own footprints!

The museum is fully air conditioned. Bathrooms, water fountains, and a gift shop are available. Well behaved small dogs are welcome.

I visited with my 7 y/o sister. We enjoyed it. There's a lot of information to read and facts to learn. It's a small place but it's clean and the staff is friendly. I don't think I would return unless I have visitors from out of state. It entertained my sister for about an hour and a half or so.... More

Not a bad way to kill a couple of hours but it will be a one time visit. It's kind of interesting but a little hard to understand . . . sort of have to take what they say for granted because it is difficult to recognize what they're pointing at. Nice people and good facility but wouldn't be top... More

Very friendly and informative staff. Our tour was guided by a geologist that had tons of patience with our two boys and allowed random questions as well as detours through the facility. A fantastic find for our family. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and be back ourselves

My 3 year old is crazy about dinosaurs and this place was ok, the exhibits are more for a mature crowd. The outside play area was ok, not spectacular it I do appreciate their desire to preserve and display their findings. They were interesting to my husband and me but just over my 3 year olds head.

We've been to many dinosaur museums. This one while small is one of the best because of the quality of the exhibits and the access to them. Go to it while visiting Zion or Bryce Canyon.

I have 2 boys and they like dinosaurs so we stopped here while visiting family. It is an interesting place but it is overpriced for what you actually see. I think the price should be 50% of what they actually charge. If you want to see dinosaur bones this is not the place to go, it is all foot prints.

local fossils supplemented by many reproductions. Self guided tour and not very interesting to someone who has seen far better dinosaur displays and museums. Cost was the same as animal museum across town and not nearly as nice or informative. I personally will not take visitors there again and the group I took thought it was just OK but nothing... More

Thank you for your feedback, we're sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience. It sounds like it could have been improved with a guided tour? Your review shows us where some of our weakness are and motivates us to work on getting more guides available for visitors. Thank you again. More

A fascinating place to visit. The imprints are really plain and easy to see. Good visit for all ages.
