This is one of the earliest but also one of the most beautiful temples to be built. The grounds are great and you get a good spiritual uplift just by being on the grounds.

One of the "classic" LDS temples. This was one of the first LDS temples completed in Utah. I believe it was finished before the SLC temple. It has maintained it's rural quaintness yet is in excellent repair.

Visited the visitor's center and greeted by a very welcoming staff. Not being a member of the LDS, it was interesting to hear a little about their faith. Most intriguing was to learn that the St George Temple was the first completed temple in Utah.

We absolutely loved coming here. Rich in history and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Even if you only have time to walk the grounds, you need to do this.

We love walking the grounds of the temple. So peaceful and the contrast of the temple against the blue sky is unbelievable. They have a great visitor center too.

We always use our Sundays to visit church sites when we are traveling. This is a great visitors center. Don’t miss the Family exhibit, one of our families favorite!
