If your not Mormon, you can't go inside the temple. They have a visitor center which is nicely done, but you'll get pushed to take the Mormon bible. We went to learn the history behind the temple and learned a little, but felt disappointed not being welcomed into a place of God. Good learning experience.

It is serene and the trees, flowers, and atmosphere are soothing to the soul. The visitors center is a great place to stop.

Very relaxing and informative. The visitors center IS the place to go and the hosts are very knowledgeable. Plenty to absorb and see while there, including well produced informative films. Open to well over a dozen languages!

Of course, only LDS in good standing have the privilege of entering the Temple, but the visitor center is worthwhile. The exploration and development of the Southwest is intrinsically enmeshed in Mormon history. The whole concept of the honeymoon trail across the Colorado River was occasioned by the requirement to be married in this temple

Spent an hour doing the tour with two people assigned to our little group. Very informative and knew a lot about the history of St. George. Quiet, no pressure, time to just let them talk and think what it would've been like 140 yrs ago. Highly recommend to all visitors.

Beautiful Temple!! Also, all should visit the Visitor's Center. Whether you are LDS (Mormon) or not, there is always something more to learn. I would say this is a MUST DO in St. George.

The property is beautiful. We went on a Sunday and there were quite a few people on the property. It is worth a drive by.
