My Husband and I went on the 3 hour mule ride down into the canyon to Supai tunnel on 9/30 and had a great time. We were very hesitant and almost backed out several times. I met the morning group when they were returning, and...More

Delightful trip down into the canyon. The scenery was spectacular and our guide, Mark, was great. The mule ride was great fun and safe. We read the instructions and left the smart phones(with their camera) in the hotel, which was not needed. Easily can be...More

I took my 11 year old granddaughter with me on vacation this year, when she heard we were going to the Grand Canyon all she talked about was riding mules. So I booked us on the half day trip to the Supai Tunnel. When we...More

What an experience. This is a bucket list item, even if you didn't know it. You get to ride a mule, half horse half donkey, in the Grand Canyon. Need I say more? There are short one-hour trips and three-hours, too. You can choose to...More

My three kids (age 12, 13 and 14) and I did the three-hour ride to Supai Tunnel. After booking the ride, I became very nervous about the possible danger. I was worried for my kids. Luckily, it turns out that my imagination was just going...More

This was an absolute highlight of our USA Road Trip, I had read a lot of reviews as I am not good with heights, decided I had to just do it, so glad we did, one of the best tips was to get a bandana...More

My whole family loved our three hour tour down the canyon. We witnessed a proposal (Europeans), a crazy posing Asian (New Yorker) and a whole lot of "natural" mule behavior. (Be prepared for the mule in front of you to break wind). Wear jeans, even...More

This was on my bucket list and was completely satisfying even though I never saw the Canyon during the trip. To explain: Apparently July is monsoon season in AZ/UT. The rain started shortly after we got started and ended on our return to the trailhead....More

Our daughter is autistic (10 yrs) with a mental capacity of a 4 year old. She weighs 85 labs and wouldn't be able to hold on independently. Do you allow 2 people on a mule ride for 3 hours?

No idea for certain. But the people at the desk for reservations are very helpful and would easily be able to answer your question. It's worth a phone call, as it was a fun trip.

The guides were very accommodating. If you would like one to take a picture of you on your mule, I am sure the response would be positive.
