Not too busy, food cooked fresh so we had to wait a little bit to receive it. TV's on over the bar, which was okay with us. Everyone was very friendly, and wait staff kept coming back to fill up drinks and make sure we didn't need anything else. Soups were excellent. I had pub steak, which I ordered well... More

Stopped in for pre-dinner drinks on a Friday. The place was heaving and we were lucky to find some seats along the window. It was clear that no-one was going to come and take our order for drinks, but my husband ordered from the bar as we would in the UK. Well at least we didn't feel obliged to tip!... More

Went here a couple of weeks ago and I can't say enough about how friendly and attentive the staff were. The food was also pretty decent and one of the most affordable restaurants we ate at during our weekend visit. I will definitely be back the next time I go to Burlington VT.

I am not sure how you get served here. I guess they discourage having a beer at the bar because we were completely ignored. Very sour expressions on everyone's faces. It's probably good, but I am not one to allow second chances when the first impression is so poor.

We stopped here to have drinks and some food in mid-afternoon, and this pub did not disappoint. We enjoyed the drinks, food, and the atmosphere, and that's all we needed. There's a good variety of locally-made beers, and the staff were knowledgeable.

We had dinner last night at a nice little restaurant in Burlington, VT called the Vermont Pub and Brewery. From the street, it does not look like anything special, and when we were seated, it reminded me of a pub in a college town... oh ya, Burlington is a college town. 😀. We smelled incense and the bar area, where... More

The beers are all made on premises and I actually learned a lot about beer from reading the menu but the food was awful. Chips and dip? Bag and can. Chicken sandwich - so much chutney that I had to scrape it off and there was still too much. Burger over cooked and over sauced. Shared dessert of warm brownie... More

This restaurant also has a micro brewery with delicious and varied beers. The young staff were friendly attentive and knowledgeable without being over familiar or hovering. Excellent burger with guacamole and fries followed by apple pie and ice cream. Good value.

I love the simple delicious pub food here. The onion rings and buffalo chicken wrap are amazing. The forbidden fruit beer is tasty!

Stopped in for a drink and a snack, beer list was decent, food was ok. The staff was nice enough, but nothing memorable. Everything was just O.K.
