We took a lunch cruise first, then visited the museum. Parking around there is tough to get, so during peak seasons, plan carefully. Lots of science exhibits, with massive amount of information about Lake Champlain. Many interactive things for kids of all ages to enjoy....More

We got the family pass as you can go to other places for a year. Totally worth it. This place has entertainment for hours. Do the tree house last as the kids will be there for hours.

ECHO brings hands-on STEM experiences to children ages 3 - 10. Many permanent exhibits meld with rotating or visiting displays and many types of live creatures found in / around Lake Champlain. Plan to spend about 3 hours.

Kids are fascinated by the cool exhibits at ECHO, and you'll be happy because they are secretly learning about science and ecology. There's even a de-lish and healthy cafe so you don't have to leave to eat.

Smaller and manageable, great for kids but good for adults too, great location and easily accessible.

We enjoyed the hands on exhibits. We arrived when they opened and it was not too crowded. Would definitely recommend for the kids...it was great for ours to do something they enjoyed instead of just sight seeing.
