Starting with a video showing that Cabot is a coop owned by 1500 farmers, you tour the working plant and see how Cheese and yogurt are made. Afterwards sample 20 varieties of Cabot Cheese.

The tour was very informative, and I loved hearing they support local farmers and reject any milk that may be tainted with antibiotics. Samples were abundant which helped me select my special flavors!
