Went here as part of an anniversary weekend with my wife. The staff was pleasant, however they were not doing tours of the plant.

We're very sorry you weren't able to do the factory tour this trip. We certainly hope you'll visit us again to enjoy all the Visitor's Center has to offer!

We visited on a cold, snowy afternoon. They weren't running the actual tour but we watched the short film - we thought it was interesting- and enjoyed the staff, samples and nice gift shop with fun Vermont items.

A little history lesson in the making of Cabot Cheese. Samples were plentiful and I learned the cheddar cheese has no lactose! All and all a fun quick tour of cheesemaking.
