Work with chef Alice on your customized menu or we will happily help you choose from a wide variety of options. Prepare food in the kitchen and then sit down to a lovely table and enjoy the fruits of your labors.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Alice's Kitchen. Before the class, Alice helped us choose the dishes we would make and was very accommodating as we scheduled our date. The class was well-organized with thorough directions and lots of encouragement. We came home with pre-printed recipes and containers full of delicious food. It was a pleasure to spend time with Alice and be in her lovely kitchen. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone!

4 girlfriends wanted to learn to make a special cookie and we had so much fun and came away with a dozen exquisite cookies. Alice was quick to give tips and met each of us where we live on the baking spectrum... Taplin Hill is a little out of the way and an easy drive just off of Rt 25. It was well worth the trip, especially in the daytime for a fabulous view. I can see doing this again soon. One of my friends wants to do a family thing with her daughter and granddaughter. Alice has special kids classes. She offers some standard classes, but also welcomes people's suggestions.

I bought my partner and myself a private cooking class for the holidays, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Terrific location, amazing food, and Alice is just wonderful! Six stars.

What a wonderful afternoon we spent with Alice. She was warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped into her beautiful home. Our family group of 5 adults enjoyed making and eating our delicious meal. Alice was so organized and had copies of the recipes in folders (which was nice since we traveled by plane so the recipes would make it home safely). Alice was professional and made all of us of varying cooking skills feel right at home in her kitchen! I highly recommend this wonderful experience!!!

My friends surprised me with a baking class for my birthday. Alice was wonderful, giving tips & tricks without intimidating us. My friends and I laughed our way through baking brownies and chocolate sauce. Her kitchen is spotless and the views from her windows are beautiful. I highly recommend Alice's Kitchen.

My wife and I took a baking class with Alice. What an amazing experience!
Easy to find and absolutely beautiful location. Her communication to get this set up was great, instructions were thorough and clear and the hands on component really makes a difference.
Her handouts were extremely helpful as well. The facilities were amazing with a very open and easy flow in the kitchen as well as one of the best views in VT.
Do yourself a favor and book her ASAP!

Alice created a fantastic culinary experience for my husband and I in one of the most beautiful places in Vermont. She guided us in making a delicious three course meal including maple glazed pork tenderloin, wild rice and salad with the best local ingredients. Our favorite part was baking and eating the brownies with Alice's special fudge sauce as well as vanilla ice cream. I would highly recommend her exciting culinary classes. We learned so much!

Alice is a wonderful baker and chef who knows how to put everyone at ease no matter what baking/cooking experience. 4 friends shared a night making luscious decadent cookies with lots of laughter leaving with cookies to share with family and friends.
It was a very enjoyable evening with Alice freely sharing all of her knowledge and experience.
You can’t beat the setting either; sitting high on a vermont hillside surrounded by beautiful views.
Would highly recommend Alice’s Cooking Class! I will definitely be returning.

Our daughter and two friends spent the morning learning how to prepare a meal from scratch. While waiting for a Mac and Cheese to bake they learned how to set the table and even how to fold napkins. The food they made was delicious and our daughter was excited to do more.
The dessert cookies they made were amazing! She is going to be making them as Christmas gifts.
Highly recommended!!!

My experience at Alice’s Kitchen was fun, relaxed and informative. Alice was attentive to my personal goals in taking the class. We made plant-based cookies, which were delicious! The space is comfortable and homey. A great way to get out and cook with friends or a more private lesson tailored to your own learning goals.
