Bears, chocolate and coffee! Great tours, friendly customer service-- whether on the phone or in person. Such fun to choose a personalized signature jointed bear! The soft floppy bears are SO snuggly. Tours are kid friendly, and the grounds are walkable. Recommend!

This was a magical place to visit. We took the tour and saw behind the scenes on how these cute cuddly bears come to life. There was plenty of on hand explorations on the different stages of the manufacturing of the bears. They have every...More

We enjoyed the tour recently. Unfortunately, we learned that though the bears are assembled on site the materials are from overseas. Isn't this false advertising?

Very fun, informative tour. May be hard for super young kids to sit through or focus on - FYI. We went during the weekend when production was not happening - which was kind of a bummer (I guess we didn't think that through). So I...More

We've been here before and had to stop in again. We didn't take the tour this time but we did the last time and if you have kids you really should take the tour. They get to see how the bears are made. The store...More

Retail store and the factory in the same premises. The tour is fun and a must if you have kids. And tours are quite busy on Holidays. Get a chance to see different variations of one of the most famous furry toy buddy.

Well, it's basically a factory tour and retail experience, and as we went there on a Sunday, the factory was not operating. Nevertheless, it was a great visit. We did tour the (idle( factory; we did indulge in cuddly retail therapy; and we most certainly...More

Wish they had extended tour hours - we arrived just before 3PM and they had concluded for the day. Maybe they cut back in October?? Anyway, enjoyed browsing the store.

We went to the factory with our family. I first visited 18 years ago. They have a tour and a massive gift shop. I think it’s best for the younger kids.

This is a Toy Teddy Bear Factory and Store. It is not for adults unless buying a teddy bear for a child. This wonderful place for kids. The tour is OK to see how they make teddy bears. They have all sizes, shapes, and colors...More

The bears are already made you can just buy clothes or buy a bear already clothed! The bears were expensive, the ones I saw were 80-90.00 each! Arrive by 1pm at the latest or you will miss the last tour.

I believe so because they have lifetime warranty on their teddy bears and I believe they do international. I will suggest you to visit their website or call them directly. Good luck.

No reservations required, and this time of year you won't have any crowds to deal with. You might get a personal tour. I did in early Sept.
