Very neat little bridge. Interesting story about Emily and this bridge. Too bad she jumped all because of a stupid man. Oh well. Lol

Great photo opp just off 100. Google it and you'll get right there. It's one of several covered bridges in the surrounding counties and this one is over 150 years old.

Wanting to see some of the storied bridges of Vermont, we took a quick drive to Emily's bridge. The "plot" of the bridge is the usual "beautiful young girl perishes" in the bridge by some horrible means or another.

We collect covered bridges. Sounds odd. But it helps set the itinerary in exploring New England. The Gold Brook bridge was interesting and another notch in our covered bridge collection.

If you like covered bridges and a story behind the bridge, this is a nice one to visit. You can walk down to the river, a nice quiet place to see.

Was looking for that Vermont cover bridge and this fit the bill. It also has a haunted past. Nice place to drive to.

Interesting story, typical covered bridge. Easy to find, especially with a little help from our GPS. Tranquil setting. Definitely worth a stop on our way to Stowe.

This is a gem. The story of this bridge adds excitement. The bridge is cute and the scenery well worth it. Anyone can see it and walk across. Great for all.
