Very informative tour within a small area. The majority of the tour was limited to a glass enclosed mezzanine over the processing floor. Staff is energetic and shares the history and ice cream making process. Tour ends with a small sample. Overall, this adventure is more of a 1 hour stop over on the way to another day attraction -... This was something cute to do with the kids. Didn't take very long. The tour was informative and the sample was generous. Other than that, it was just ok. We wanted to get ice cream after at the stand but the line was incredibly long snaking all the way out the front doors. Worth it to do once but I... More

A tourist activity that was on my ice cream lover's bucket list. The tickets are first come, first served. Brief tour included a video, overlook of their factory in action, and a sample taste of a current popular flavor. Ok, if the wait is not too long since there's not a whole lot to do while you wait. The line... More

We came here twice, with 2 sets of friends. The Sunday visit was super crowded, and we waited 1 hour for the next available tour. The second visit was on a Thursday, and we only waited 10 minutes. Obviously, going through the week is better with less crowds. It's the perfect treat for kids - only $4 for adults and... More

Fun place to visit and try some ice cream. Tour was great and inexpensive! The ice cream shop is great as well! The flavor graveyard is a must see!

The Ben n Jerry's factory is such a fun experience for the ice cream lovers. The tour is $4 per person and is about 40 mins long and you get samples at the end! The tour shows a brief video about the history etc then you go up to the observation area where they make all the ice cream .... More

If you love ice cream and a large variety of flavors, this is the place to go. I have not done the tour but the window sells every flavor they make (sample if you are not sure) and sells many different ice cream treats, from cones to super sundaes. There is also a gift shop with everything Ben and Jerry's.... More

Ben and Jerry's original headquarters is close to the Waterbury Exit of I89. Tours last about 30 minutes and will fill you in about everything you want to know about this icon ice cream maker. The tours cost a small fee, but you'll get samples of excellent ice cream. There is also a gift shop - and, or course, an... More

So after looking and reading about the history of Ben and Jerry, I took the tour. We watched a brief video, which was very informative. The tour guide then took us up to the observation area of the manufacturing room. It was small, and somewhat disappointing. At the end, we went down to have a sample of ice cream. This... More

Loved the ice cream so many different flavours that I need to come back and try. Loved the vermontster! Makes you feel like a kid as it is literally a bucket of ice cream they give you! Great way to try a few different types and different toppings
