My family and I have been coming here for years. Absolutley the place! We have stayed in the cabins and also set up tents. We love to search for sharks teeth and use the boat launch for our kayaks. Beautiful views.

We went to have a picnic and to enjoy the beach. Beach was a bit rocky but it did not bother us. We also were looking for shells and shark teeth. Fun for all.

Because the beach front area is so popular on major holiday weekends in the summer, we do not rent the shelter then. We could not guarantee that you or your guests will make it into the park that day. Sorry.

Yes the cabins do have central A/C. I recommend checking the filter on arrival. Been going to this park for over 30 years and the concrete block cabins are by far the best, unless you prefer the rustic feel of a log cabin... More
