Draper Valley Golf Course provided enough challenges in a scenic setting. It has rolling hills and is nicely landscaped. In the background are view of the mountains. Play was slow because of some pokey players ahead; a ranger would have been handy to ensure that...More

Played here while on business trip in area and course is tougher than it appears initially. Lots of elevation and quirky, undulating greens - more break than you think. Hit is straight off tee because rough can be penal - was long and thick recently...More

The course was in great shape and the staff was especially nice...only drawback was lack of info on the holes...there are quite a few lay-up shots that we were not aware of since it was our first time there..no lay-out on the score card, so...More

I played in a tournament here in October, and the course was in fantastic shape. There is a lot of elevation change which makes the course challenging for someone who isn't accustomed to mountain golf. There are some really great risk/reward holes which are a...More

Club house staff was friendly and helpful. The course map they provide to first time golfers was helpful. The course is well maintained and in perfect condition. It does tend to get crowded on Saturday, but there is a marshal who keeps an eye on...More

I live in Roanoke valley, 57 miles from this golf course. But I play this course FAR more than any other!! It is visible if you are traveling on I-81 at milepost 88 in SW Virginia, especially from the southbound lanes. The reasons I am...More

Love playing this course because you can just let the driver rip. Par 3's are weak and course is PGA long from the back tees, but the back 9 has a bunch of interesting holes and the staff is friendly.
