I have been to several events at the State Theatre, which is an older, repurposed movie house, providing entertainment and refreshment in a close-to-the-city, environment. The facility has been beautifully redone and maintained. The experience is close and intimate. Parking is nearby and ample, and,...More

They are just milking money and putting nothing back into the venue. The carpets and entire place is absolutely filthy. They won't let you out once you are in so you will have to eat their horrible food which takes forever to get food. The...More

This place is small enough that everyone gets a good view (unless others stand up in front of you). If you see that a favorite person or band is scheduled, you can go to the box office and check out seating charts and reserve a...More

This is a great little live music venue. We go for the tribute bands and the 80's house-band, The Legwarmers. Until moving nearby we NEVER did this kind of thing. For most shows, you can reserve a dining table for just $10 a couple. You...More

Love the State. There isn't a bad seat in the house - and you can almost always stand/dance right in front of the stage. Bartending staff are super efficient and wonderful. Some interesting acts. Mostly tribute bands, but some real gems mixed in.

Went and saw reckless Kelly with my fiancé this past weekend. First time at this venue - we liked it! There is stadium seating upstairs, multiple tables downstairs (tables require reservation although they do save a few for first come first serve), along with bar...More

This was my first time going to the State Theatre. Saw the Springsteen tribute band - Bruce in the USA. Great band. Arrive early if you did not reserve a table as people start queuing up at least 30 minutes before the doors open. The...More

I went to the State Theatre in November 2017 to see Todd Rundgren. Great show! Great venue! I would go again and recommend it to my friends.
