Wonderful visitors center. The staff are so friendly and knowledgable about their town and the national park trails, waterfalls and lodging in the park. The town of Front Royal should be proud to have such pleasant and dedicated staff as the face for their tourist industry.

I appreciated the friendliness and knowledge shared by the staff at the Front Royal Visitor's Center. I only had a few basic questions that they were pleased to answer however I overheard them giving excellent touring advice to other visitors. The Front Royal Visitor's Center is a great starting point for anyone touring the Shenandoah/Skyline Drie region.

The people at the visitor center is most helpful, asking your interests to make suggestions on what to see and do in the area, as well as where to eat. They gave us maps, helped us to decide which trails on the Skyline Drive we might be able to navigate safely given our physical status. We got recommendations on favorite... More

When people come to visit there is always a question as to where to go and what to do. The visitor center always fills that need for information. From Battle grounds to ghost walks near Halloween time to the brochures that are there covering Front royal and the surrounding areas. First stop if your visiting the Area.

Associates were friendly and very capable. They recommended various local restaurants and gave us maps and suggestions for stops on our trip through Skyline Drive.

Very nice information center with knowledgable friendly staff. They allow AT hikers to store their bags in the building during the day so they can wonder the area. They will be able to provide information about anything for hundreds of miles around.
