We visited on a Saturday afternoon with Richard as our host. We are mainly dry red drinkers but opted for both flights. There was not one wine which we did not like. The cab was our favorite and we ended up drinking a bottle along with the bread and meat and cheese plate. Scenery was excellent, very quiet too. Then... More

We were lucky to do our tasting alone and it was very nice. All of their wines are good to very good. Not a bad one at all. They also have a great place to drink a glass, or two, outside with a great view.

Decided to give this a try as it was very close to where we were staying. Owner very friendly and knowledgeable, courteous. We are not wine buffs by any stretch of the imagination, but know what we like. More into whites than reds, so did the Flight 2 tasting. We also purchased the bagette with infused flavored olive oil as... More

We like to take in the wineries in the area. Found Mt Vale on Trip Advisor. Although we happened on a very foggy day, our host and owner, Noel, was gracious and interesting to talk to about wine making. Please note they have winter hours and will open for tastings upon appointment. We plan to go back on a clear... More

A real hidden jewel! My husband and I stopped at this winery while in Galax, and it was the best part of the day. The owner was out mowing the lawn and he got off the mower to give us a tasting. All of the wines were amazing, and we ended up buying three (it was very hard narrowing it... More

We gathered on the patio of this gorgeous winery. It was a warm July day and the view is awesome. We were celebrating the 50th anniversary of friends. It was an intimate party of about twelve. The vintner was very hospitable and poured generously. After the party we all entered the winery room and made our purchases. We look forward... More

My daughters took me here for a wine tasting. I always thought I didn't like the dryer wines but each wine I tasted was Great! I even bought a couple bottles to bring home.

Some of the best views and service I have received at any vineyard. Had such a wonderful time with an older gentleman helping us. Kids loved the place too because they got to run around a bit. Great place to buy a case for home and a bottle for now. Sitting outside was beautiful.
