We visit caves whenever the opportunity presents itself. Grand caverns is the best place to see shield formations. The entire cave is nice and there are many other formations but there are more shields in Grand caverns that anywhere else I know of.
Matt did an awesome job showing us the cavern. It was much bigger than Lurray with lots of shields. Not very crowded so we had a very detailed tour. We will definitely go back again.
