The architects that renovated the space wanted to retain some of the historic charm and you can still find RMC's name and iconic shields on the exterior and the interior of the building today. Live Theatre, Movies, Concerts, Dance, and Comedy all happen at Court Square Theater. Check our website to stay up to date on what is happening at the theater!

Great selection of independent films, good popcorn. They also sell beer! I hope they add more films/hours.

This was our first time attending one of the community theater performances at Court Square Theater. We really enjoyed the show "Lend Me a Tenor" and feel proud to say the show was done by local talent. Well done!

Always nice to visit a renewed 1940/50 theater. The staff was so friendly, prices real fair and venue and seating was great. Screen a little small but do quaint and comfortable,

We attended the "Seldom Scene's" concert and really enjoyed it. We estimate the show was sold-out . . . it's great to see another successful downtown venue. I compliment the theater for a good sound system but the theater really needs new seats. Their "save...More

They are working on raising funds for new seats. Some are fine, but many are broken. The events that they run here, from indie films, music events, and live theatre are wonderful. One of the reasons Harrisonburg keeps making the best places to retire lists.

Seen some very good music and theater at this place. They are in the process of putting in new seats which will make it more comfortable.

We have attended music concerts, bands, theater productions and a great variety of different movies normally not shown in your big time local theaters. Small venue.

I've never seen a "bad" movie at CST, but the uncomfortable seats take getting used to. Maybe it's time to have them replaced?
