Great place to have lunch and enjoy tasting different flavors of hard cider. Today was the roll out of a new flavor: apple ginger turmeric. It is decent but I like some of the other flavors better. Live music was also very nice.

When recently visiting Charlottesville we decided to travel a little further afield and try out Bold Rock Cidery. The place was super busy with good cider and a charmingly rustic atmosphere. It was fun and worth the stop.

We decided to do this with family for Christmas fun night. I wish more tents had been put up for this we wanted to eat but no where to sit.... so we just hung out for about 30-45 minutes then left.

Good basic Mexican dishes (large portions) with a long menu. Jalisco Arroz is huge and a tasty combo of meat, beef, pork, chicken, shrimp and chorizo.

I believe it is $7 or $8. Not expensive! That's 4 samples, they're small glasses, maybe 4 oz each.
