A fairly touristy Kasbah but it's interesting to see and learn about how royalty lived and get a good understanding of Kasbah life.

Experience traditional Morocco as only a Moroccan family would demonstrate. Ideal travel treat to see a kasbah and how families live. Make sure to hire a guide.More

This place was fascinating to visit. The family have been trying to restore it on their own and do charge a small sum to visit. Off the tourist route.... or at least very few visitors when we were there!

A last minute decision to visit this Moroccan Kasbah that features on the 50 Dihram note, apparently. Visited it on way back to Marrakech having spent the night nearby at L'Ma Lodge in Skoura on the owner's recommendation. Nicely restored Kasbah, and very impressive. Lovely...More

We had a stop for about 30 to 40 mins to have a look around this Kasbah. Very interesting. And the guide was very knowledgable on the history. The artefacts were really fascinating. Finished off with mint tea. Recommended.

This kasbah near the small town of Skoura in the Saharan Desert was the best that I visited while in Morocco. Unlike many other kasbahs on the typical tourist route across this stretch of the desert, such as at Ait Benhaddou and at Ouarzazate, Amridil...More

This well preserved Kasbah is worth visiting. Take a guide: he will tell you lots of interesting things about the Kasbah and the live in the Kasbah. From the towers, you have a great view of the Palmerie of Skoura
