Going up to the rotunda, its nothing special but when you get to the top, turn around and viola! ... it has just the greatest view of the sea and part of the city below. its kinda like being in San Francisco :)

You have an overlooking view of Paagadian City, the nearest and most accessible City near my province. It has a so called Hikers Palace nearby where you can do horseback riding,eat some local food and do jogging early in the morning.
