Benoit est un guide incroyable car il prend le temps de bien expliqué et le fait avec une professionalisme exceptionnel. I love the way the quality is such a high importance, no wonder they get great reviews all over the world and their cigar is absolutely a delight! If you want to do a cigar factory visit, this is the... More

This is a unique experience if you want to see cigars made and how the process is from the tobacco to the cigar. You can do a tour of this factory that runs daily except Sunday and even make your own cigar. The staff are great and you can buy cigars in the cigar lunge or even smoke a cigar... More

We enjoyed our tour of the factory- learning and appreciating the process of handmade cigars. We even rolled our own cigar each which was great fun albeit frustrating!! We did a taste test- mombacho vs another cigar factory cigar and mombacho was clearly better- smoother and creamier smoke.

... wife and I still thoroughly enjoyed the tour. It was well worth the $4 tour fee. We did not have the time to make a cigar as that took an extra hour butt guessing that would have been a rare experience as well. Our guide Brian spoke good English and was able to answer all our questions about the... More

Great tour, beautiful building, made our own cigars, so interesting to see how these cigars are made by hand from beginning to finish. Highly recommnded!

We don't often smoke cigars, but our guide Brian was absolutely brilliant at taking us through the process of making cigars. We have a new-found appreciation of the care and craft that goes into making each one. We found making our own really fun and it's a great souvenir to take away. Fully recommend a trip while staying in Granada.

I had a great time even though I don't smoke. Our guide Brian was very knowledgeable about the whole process, and the house is beautifully restored. Definitely worth $10 to get to your roll your own cigar. The views from the rooftop are spectacular with a future cigar bar planned.

If you enjoy a good stick at a good price stop in here. I have been several times and I enjoy the Classico stick the most. Brian, the greeter and manager of the lounge is extremely friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I will be doing the tour n buying a couple boxes before leaving Granada. I have only found 1 other... I was with a small group of ladies and this cigar factory tour was on our schedule. We were taken there on horse carriage and it was in a great location to "park". Ryan, our tour guide, had the cutest dimples and the tour was very informative. We learned the history, and saw first-hand how the tobacco was separated, rolled... More
