The ISKCON Radhadesh Chateau complex, is also a place for learning ancient Hindu Vedic literature. It houses a College where higher studies are imparted to students who come from across Europe. Traditional Hindu culture is also evident from the nice pure vegetarian food served at the restaurant and traditional clothes available on sale in the complex

Radhadesh is one of the centres of learning for those interested in Vedic culture. Bhaktivedanta College is only one of two Vaishnava colleges accredited in Europe (the other being in Budapest, Hungary).

Visited this place several times. You can come on a retreat , take a visit in this castle, eat vegetarian in their restaurant or buy fresh bread, by some "Indien" clothes in their boutique. The place has also a parc where you can walk around. So, indulge yourself in the spirit of Radhadesh.

I've stayed at Radhadesh 8 or 9 times over the past 20 years. Mostly I've gone for some event, and one of these times I actually stayed for 6 weeks while I did a yoga teacher training course. The other times were for 3 or 4 nights. You can go to Radhadesh for a day-visit to look around and it's... More
