Worth the few euro to climb the stairs to the top and take in the view. Hold on to your hat or glasses when passing the bell windows as the wind will whip them off your head! 😂 Stairs are steep and narrow, traffic lights...More

Views from the top of st Martin de re are fantastic and well worth the climb on the rocketry wooded staircase. It is a steep climb but I followed children up and they managed no bother !!

Quaint, narrow wooden staircase to the bell tower, with a wonderful view of the bells and of the surrounding city. Sunset was beautiful from here.

Worth the climb up to the top. Great view of town. Church is lovely. Look at the clock mechanics. With the entry fee. Stairs are very narrow and watch your head if you are tall.

We got some great pictures whilst taking in the amazing view from the clock tower. One warning, avoid being in the bell tower when the bells are sounding - its deafening!!

. . . if you're heavy, not particularly agile etc. As church towers go, this was one of the more demanding staircases, but great to get an overview of the island.
