The beach is divided between hotels and restaurants which charge excessive price for their services. The rest of the beach which is free of charge is unattended, dirty, full of sea weed.

This is a nice beach, but like most beaches on Ischias it's very crowded. The water is clear and refreshing. The surface is sand with some stones. A small part of the beach is "free" but gets over-crowded. I recommend you hire a sun bed...More

Take a bus for cigars, and of course the heart of it is spiaggiaa di citara..with that calm afternoon and lazy to move from Forio that afternoon we stay till late .and believe at this month of January few people already on their swim suit...More

Visited here on three occasions, very friendly. They also manage the beds and umbrellas for this section of the beach which was very reasonable at €10 for 2 beds and 1 umbrella, not sure if prices go up in height of season.. Also free wifi....More

This was our favorite beach in Forio. Very nice chairs and umbrellas and we had nice lunch here. The water is very clear.
