Loved the gardens, but our elderly mother struggled with her mobility there, so we ended up not seeing very much.

The garden amazingly beautiful. You have to take time to visit every corner of it to discover lovely spots all around. We stopped at the tea room to enjoy a moment of rest and to breath in the beauty of the site.

It is about 11 km; it takes 20 mins by car or taxi, or you can take a bus heading to Forio (40 mins) and ask the bus driver to stop at Cavallaro/La Mortella. From the bus stop it is 5 mins walk.
