This year, among the highlights of new openings in Ischia, we recommend an original garden worth visiting. Open only a few days a week, the garden offers a fascinating walk through a variety of exotic and local vegetation. On display, among water streams, is an impressive collection of cacti and other plants that look like natural sculptures - a collection gathered over 30 years which is a must see for any any garden fan.

After visiting Giardini La Mortella these gardens seemed poorly maintained and overpriced. Many of the specimens didn't look healthy and seemed like they could benefit from some care. That said, there are some nice things about these gardens. The bar area is nice, and we...More

Spent over 3 hours here. Due to poor weather we had the place almost to ourselves! Cacti are planted beautifully and it was a pleasure to wander around. Cafe serves great bruschetta and prosecco! Had a game of giant chess too.

These gardens are modest in comparison to La Mortella but still worth a visit especially if you enjoy cacti! A casual stroll around takes about 1 - 2 hours and it's worth keeping your eyes open for some of the more unusual sights - including...More
