Very nice easy tour

We took the stairs for 1.5 E, 5 min down, 7 min up. no big deal. Nice geology, no need to spend there more then and hour or so. but worth the visit.

Certainly worth a visit. It's not cheap, €8 just to go to the bottom, via stairs or the lift, or €13 to also walk along the top. We chose the €13 option and there are various view points, showing off some amazing rock formations. The park also has a cafe for refreshments. Obviously there are quite a lot of tourists... More

Climb down the 240 stairs and you'll find yourself in a surreal landscape! Has to be seen - and be prepared to wade through some chilling water to fully enjoy the site.

we have planned to go for a couple of hours yet we were running late for dinner so we just pooped for a few minutes. this place is unbelievably beautiful. very quiet, beautiful nature sounds especially the sound of water. FYI the water is very very very cold as a matter of fact, a worker there advised us not to... More

€13 per adult to walk around a trail looking at the same plants that line the car park, dotted with four plastic 'prehistoric' animals including a one foot tall T-Rex and an elephant the size of a cat. Every now and again you are treated to a view of some volcanic rock, heavily obscured by wire fencing. And more regularly... More

It is a beautiful sight to see and when you're sweating to death it feels so good the water is about 60° but when its 100° outside that's a pleasure. You can walk down the steps for free, you can take the cheapest option of eight euro The elevator, or you can go for the full monti of €13 that... More

If you are in the area, you should not miss the place; it is a lavic canyon formed by the Alcantara river. The access is double, thru a private structure very close to the parking, or thru a public staircase just 50m above the parking entrance. DO NOT PAY the private entrance, you simply throw away 12€ per person for... More

We went body rafting with Gaetano from Truvatura. The gorge is absolutely beautiful and the experience was great fun, highly recommended. Most of the trip was spent making our way up the clear blue, ice cold river, clambering over rocks and through rapids - an exciting test of our agility but aided in every way by our wonderful guides. Then... More

We visited the Gole on one late afternoon. There are tens of steps down to the Gole so keep this mind if not using the (expensive) lift. The water is freezing but it was a wonderful experience.
