Sadly we couldn't see this museum. Unlike the Bordeaux area in France, wine tasting in Chianti is more regimented and less informative. A museum visit most likely would've "filled in the blanks' of our understanding of Chianti wine. Not much else to do in Greve...More

Unfortunately the museum was closed for redecoration. We would have liked to learn more about the Chianti, and in particular Grève region and it's wines..

We are very interested in the history of wine as we have a small vineyard in Charlottesville. While wine tasting in Tuscany we wandered into the Wine Museum and loved it! They have recording machines that you can wear as you walk through the years...More
