The walk uphill from Greve is nice enough. Some decent view points along the way and a quaint small village at the top. Nice on a summer's day.

Google maps took us on dirt roads to get there; we met other people who had walked up from the town. There just wasn't enough "there" there to justify either effort. There are so many walled cities in Europe that offer more to see.

We walked to this location from our nearby hotel, and loved everything about it - old, quaint, with incredible views of surrounding landscape! Small, but a must if you’re in the area!

We were able to visit the vineyard as part of a guided tour with Monika Iris, although I believe it is also open during the summer season. We had a delightful lunch prepared by the matriarch, Anna. Her husband, Giuliano, showed us where the Chianti...More

One if the many small places worth stopping for and walking around. We didn't stop long maybe 45 min but that was more than enough as we did not stop to have any food or drink.
