When I first visited this market 25 years ago, it was the place to barter. Having returned today it has had a number of moves further out of town. It was a typical market, with the usual linen, bags, clothes, leather goods being sold. Worth...More

Our visit was very pleasant with the gypsies being so friendly and joking with us. Plenty of stalls to look around. One stall was interesting to watch the family making their leather goods. Prices really good and quite often you can barter with them

A very nice market. Alot of the same stuff. Dresses, sjawls, bags and purses, belts and more. No rude sellers at all. Cannot agree with other reviews on that part. Bargain here and there. Roaming the market for 2 hours is more than enough. Free...More

Did a trip to this market and was impressed. First of all there are loads of stalls with plenty of the souvenir stuff and fake designer gear but there was plenty of space to move around unlike other markets I've been to. The prices were...More

Perfect to pick up small souvenirs. A lot of fake clothing apparel and bags if you’re into that too. Some dodgy characters floating about offering “smokes and rolexes” and the police only stand at the entrance.

It is a good large market, very busy at peek times plenty to look at but is a bit repetitive. You can get hassled by the stalls to buy but I just said no and they was okay about it. Haggling for price can happen...More

The usual market stuff...bags, shoes, towels etc. We were looking forward to haggling but most vendors wouldn't budge. If that's the price then so be it but usually you get to haggle at markets as that's the point! No veggie options at the hot food...More

3rd time here , last visited 2016, not as good , a few stalls seemed missing in the middle. A lot of repetitive stuff. Not much haggling. Good if you’ve not been before , but not for a revisit.
