We visited the outlets today and were pleasantly surprised. Great selection of stores. Had some great prices as well. Never felt crowded either. Easy to navigate around to the different stores. Will definitely return.

One of the families favorite places to shop. The place was busily with life and the prices were competitive and sales excellent. Enjoy a truly fun shopping experience.

Oh yes!...Lots of great store outlets! The ambiance is awesome!

Pushy is too kind of a description for the sales associates at the Michael Kors outlet store. One in particular followed my 12-year-old daughter and me throughout the store, asking questions about our vacation plans, did we have any upcoming events (and what was wrong with us that we hadn't planned a vacation or upcoming events!) While I was looking at clothes, she tried to entangle my daughter in purchasing a $350 watch. Not going to happen. Several other sales clerks also touted their products but were not as pushy as the first. The store had some good deals, and I might very well have made some purchases if they had only let me shop in peace!

We were here for cold weather clothes and were not disappointed. The variety of stores is good, with a decent mix of high-end outlets along with more mid-price brands.
The building is well maintained, clean, and attractive. If I lived in Norfolk this would be my go-to place to op for clothing, home goods, and more.

It is and ok place to shop. I don't like it because it does not have any shops for large people like clothes. I will not go back
