Until you stand on the pier and look up at this massive ship you don't really realize how big 887.2 ft and 52,000 tons is. No cost and you can walk right up and get a picture with the ship!

This is a cost-free museum housed within another costly museum. You will find great exhibits and a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Do some research to discover special programs.

Civil war fans will love it. Original canons and confederate flag hangs on the wall. Explains the difference between warships and the continued increase in size and usability for aircraft carriers.

This museum was very interesting tracing Navy history back to before the Civil War. I recommend visiting when you are at Nauticus.

A cold, windy day in Norfolk was perfect to spend indoors at the museum. A well done exhibit, very informative, giving the naval history of the area chronologically. Who knew? And it was free"

I do not remember seeing any strollers available for rent. I would recommend giving them a call to be sure!
