Tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Tour and tasting was included from hop-on-hop-off ticket, very worthwhile. Port was average compared to others tried. Tour lasted approximately 45 minutes

Terrible guide, unfriendly. Nothing to do with happy clients and creating fans. Maybe somebody can help them with the translation to The family thing To happy customers..... Suggestion Go to Kopke!
