The 10 year and the 30 year are both so yummy and if you buy a bottle, then the tasting glass is free... so haha, we bought both bottles!

The port here is incredible and the time and care taken in the production by this small-family run business helps to produce some of the finest ports in the region.

This was the first port house we visited in Porto and started with an informative 20 minute tour with Manuel before doing some tastings.

Rarely met Porto

This is a small and fully Portugal owned bodega. they produce regular wines, Porto and spirits. Very knowledgeable staff, good discount system, a lot of things to taste and buy.

Great tasting

Our Augusto"s guide was excellent. Tasting was good 6 years 8 years port wine + local wines produce by Augusto. When purchasing a bottle they will refund your tasting fees.they are located in a small back street near the Duro docks

After reading reviews I'd like to visit Porto Augusto's, but their website, unfortunately, does not provide most basic information. Does anyone know what are their hours, how much they charge for the tour, how long is the tour, what tasting is included with the visit?

I can't remember the hours offhand, but I think it's 10:00 to 18:00 during the week; weekends may be different. Tours are offered in multiple languages and you might have to wait a short while for an English-language one... More
