We have booked a dinner and winetasting to this place. It wasn't even open when we went there. Restaurant opened about half an hour later and there were no registration about our reservation or cook at work! We have their email and confirming about our reservation and the day was correct. What a disappointment, we don't try to go there... More

Excellent sommelier giving us great wine to accompany our meal. Food was also very good and with minor improvements could be excellent. Definitely worth a visit.

A rather difficult place to find but locals will direct you. A very nice and interesting place to taste a variety of Spanish wines in a relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately there is either no air conditioning or it was out of order when we were there. Worthwhile stop while in Mijas pueblo.

Wonderful Andulusian cuisine and superb wines in lovely surroundings. Service was very efficient and friendly and extremely helpful. Wonderful selection of wines to purchase/sample. Absolute must for anyone wanting to sample local cuisine and enjoy excellent wine.

We were a party of 5 friends and have just returned from holiday in Mijas. Once we discovered this place we went back again. The garden at the back is gorgeous and the inside is very smart. The owner who comes across as a little stressed at times is lovely and was really helpful in recommending wine to us. We... More

We had lunch there and I expected to be able to have tasting but that was impossible due to some reason which I did not understand. Our waiter had bad day. He did not like to have us there. We ordered white wine with starter and red with main and inspite we had different main course we got same wine.... More

We were just interested in a good place for lunch so I cannot speak to the museo aspect of the place. It was not busy on the chilly, cloudy day in December we were there and so were seated right away. The woman who waited on us was not so friendly initially but warmed up as the meal went on.... Mijas is packed with cafes and restaurants and is great for a day out. This wine bar and restaurant is situated in a quieter street but is certainly not a Museum! With a cool private courtyard, excellent authentic Spanish food its wine selection is huge and its knowledgable staff will explain it all. We tried their offer of 3 different... More

Well, what a museum this is. For just 2euro in, it sure is a real informative and fastinating place. The characters, everything from the houses, furniture etc. Although it was in spanish, they could do with translating in english you could still get the gist of the story, the pounding of the grapes to make the wine etc. Its just...
