our very knowledgeable and professional guide gave us a bucket list tour of this terrific city. We travelled up the mountains full of Olive trees and windswept skies to reach this marvelous city. We were here as a part of NYT Tour of Andalusia-looking at the three major influences that formed this area and town. Our Tour guide did not disappoint. He knew his history and culture (also his olive oils) very well. I recommend him/his company/his staff to accompany you for the time travel visit!

Andrea took on an English speaking tour of many of the historic and beautiful centuries old buildings in Ubeda, ending at the Sinagoga del Agua. He has a deep and vast background on all the buildings and a wonderful approach to describing them. The high light was the unearthed Jewish synagogue at the end. I highly recommend him.

100% recomendable. Manuela guided our tour and demonstrated she knew the town like the back of her hand. She provided historic and artistic details and accurate dates about every single landmark we visited. She was really nice and willing to answer any questions about the tour. I would totally recommend.

Ubeda was full of surprises unveiled by our masterful guide on a walking tour of the town. His English was superb. He gave us an exceptional overview of the history of this Renaissance town and its history. We spent productive time walking and then a good amount of time in the Singoga del Aqua, which we found to be fascinating. At the end of our tour we visited. the Capilla del Salvador, a personal chapel for Francisco de los Cobos, who grew up in Ubeda. Our only regret was not having more time to explore and learn more from our guide.

On 15th Aug 2015 I took the walking tour around the historic part of Ubeda. It lasted 2 hours and was packed with facts and details. The tour was in Spanish (ask at Artificis for other languages) We saw the most important buildings around the Vazquez de Molina square and also went inside the Chapel to see it in detail I can highly recommend this activity especially if you have an interest in Andalusian culture or architecture. We learnt a lot about these renaissance monuments in a short time.
