Dated
Jul. 2021 • Family
Did the house and golf, the website wasn't very clear and didn't realise the other attractions were only available to those staying in the hotel, the house is very dated quite a few things in the house doesnt work so seemed a bit of a waste of time, the golf was ok think we were disappointed because of the lack of attractions available despite paying €17.50 for the golf and house wouldn't go again and def needs updating

Dear W2544stephanies, We feel very sorry that we have not fulfilled your expectations. Due to covid restrictions and capacities in attractios, i am afraid, these are only available this year for hotel guests. This is also the reason for not all house rooms working, due to health and safety covid measures. We value all our customer opinions. Best regards,

Family room with balcony
- the balcony in this room I can just about fit my feet on it not big at all.
- to say it was a family room no room at all even to store our suitcases.
-we had to keep going down stairs asking them to get our room cleaned and when they cleaned our room they didn't change the bedding got to a stage where I had to keep stripping the bed so it gets changed!.
- I have 2 young kids and the room isn't suitable for them we all had to stay in one bed.

The food for breakfast, lunch, tea and snack bar.

Breakfast- very good English breakfast with lots to choose from! But for some reason they put chicken nuggets and chips for breakfast but when came for lunch there wasn't very much to choose from for the kids

Lunch-  they have a pasta station where they make fresh pasta and sauce and you can choose alot of things to go in it.
The food in general for kids isn't really that great my daughter was eating chips all 10 nights because it was either fish or really chewy meat like pork.

Tea- is the same as lunch but still not suitable for kids they did lasagne but not beef it was either tuna or vegetable.
They have a fresh meat station where they cook meat in front of you. The only time the food was good was when all the top managers came in for the day it felt like the hotel made it look amazing and it felt like a 4 star but when the mangers went it went back to the standards what I seen.
The snack bar- its really good for the kids its got hot dogs, burgers, chicken nuggets chips, lots of cakes, fruit, salad and yogurts.

The bars
You can drink as much as you want if your all inclusive the nice touch where they have slush drinks they are nice but the thing what was dissapointing you had to pay for water for some reason and the ice creams you had to pay for.

The water park- if your child isn't a strong swimmer or can't swim very well and you want to take them down the slides on the water park they will point blank say no you can't go down and as a parent telling your child you can't do that it's hard to swallow!
The water park is only open for a couple of hours. Not that much room to sit around so you can only spend about 15/20 mins then you have to go becsuse it's busy..

The entertainment- is pretty good but because we stopped for 10 nights it went back to the beginning again where they show the same thing twice for example if a show was on Saturday the same show will be the same the following Saturday.

Kids club- as my daughter was younger than 5 kids aren't promitted to enter if they are under 5 and no parents aren't allowed in and I did raise this with the managers as I felt I paid a lot of money for this holiday and my daughter couldn't go on anything because she was to young and I did say if I would of known all of this before I booked it I wouldn't of came its meant to be a children's hotel but It has an age limit on everything!.

The mascots
on the video I watched before I came into the hotel it shows that the mascots are walking around the hotel and spending time with the kids but it's not the case you only get to see them to have photos and they don't come back till the following day so I don't see the point in that.

The theme park- the haunted House is pretty good we did that twice because thats the only thing my daughter can go in
The 4D cinemas we couldn't go in becsuse apparently they would be a bit scary for my daughter becsuse they are all shooting games.
The mini golf is good there is 2 courses one for family's and the other is for like a wheelchair and pushchair track so you don't have to climb steps and stuff that is a nice touch but we didn't realise until we did the other one first and there was a lot of steps with the pushchair.

The pools
There is a lot of water sports but adults aren't permitted to join in its only kids but if you kids can't swim your just going to be watching them there is a baby pool and as my daughter is 2 she can stand up in that one that's a nice pool but more colder than the big pool for some reason it should be warmer.

In general I would come back to this hotel but when my kids are older think kids around 7+ will enjoy it more if your kids don't like much food and are fussy there is a McDonald's and a pizza hut about 2 mins around the corner and if you like your ALDI shop there is one 2 mins around the other corner! Me and my family we ate out quite alot because the food was a bit repetitive and we just wanted something different lots of restaurants down the beach front and the food is amazing!.

If you have kids this is your place for holidays
Jul. 2020
This is like Disney land in a hotel and a much smaller scale. But it is perfect. So many activities for the smaller ones. Aquapark, mini golf, the Upsidedown house, which is just amazing. Actually not only kids have fun in them, but also adults can enjoy some good family time.
There are constantly activities going one and for events like carnival or Halloween, there is no better place to celebrate.

Great hotel
Jul. 2020 • Family
We booked this hotel late last year just before everything kicked off with coronavirus. We wasn’t sure if we would be able to fly but I’m so glad we was. This is one of the best holidays I have ever had. We stayed at the hotel late July 2020. The hotel wasn’t to busy but I’m guessing that was because of the coronavirus and people not feeling comfortable flying. There was always enough sun beds at the pool. The pool doesn’t open till 930-10am and the kids aren’t allowed to use medium to big sized inflatables. The pool bar provides soft drinks, cocktails, local beer and spirits. Also there is a freezer at the end for the kids to get small tubs of ice cream. We went all inclusive so the kids loved being able to get their ice cream when ever they wanted it. The food is very repetitive and at snack times was always cold so we always had to use the microwaves to heat the food up. Breakfast seemed to be the same food everyday and so did snack. Dinner time was always nice and I don’t think I ate anything more than once. The entertainment was good most nights. The upside down house was so much fun for the kids and the adults. The kids also enjoyed the golf and zombie house (not suitable for young children as the might get scared). The splash zone was great and the kids loved spending the afternoon there. It opened 12-2 then closed so they could clean it and then opened up 4-6. We had a standard sea view room for myself, husband and child. It was quite cramped as they put a sofa bed in for my son. The bathrooms are nice but the doors are glass and there is a mirror on the wall so my 10yr old son could see in the bathroom when me or my husband were in the shower. We ended up sitting on the balcony when ever one of us wanted a shower or used the toilet. The rooms are cleaned everyday but the last two days no one came to clean ours. I’m not bothered about the room not being cleaned but we had no clean towels for two days. Luckily we was there with family so we could use there spare towels. Not a lot was open around the hotel because of coronavirus but we didn’t mind that. The hotel is very clean and all the staff are so friendly and will do anything for you. There is a restaurant on the sea front that is called bondi beach and that is well worth a visit. Overall this hotel is great and the kids are never bored as there is so much to do. I will definitely be returning to this hotel and I can’t wait to go back.

Would love to go back when weather is better
Oct. 2019 • Family
We stayed in the hotel late October 2018 (the weather was terrible) The park although fairly small was brilliant for my 4 children. They loved the evening entertainment. Halloween day/night was very busy (a bit too much for myself and my autistic child) but still a good day. The restaurant had loads of choice.

Fun - but not for young kids
Jul. 2019 • Family
We were sold this trip by our tour advisor, and had our little one been older it would have been a great day out.

Lots to do for kids over 3, but as ours was only 18 months the soft play area he was allowed in is quite small, and the water park was definitely geared at older kids as well.

Upside down house was fun though.

Don't buy food in the park (massively overpriced) - go across the road to Aldi!

Perfect Escape
Sep. 2019
Celebrating a big birthday we decided to pay a return visit to the old Maglluf Sol (now Katmandu Park). What a wonderful experience, great welcome, fantastic place and perfect location. Bit too old to appreciate all the resort offers, but enjoyed watching the youngsters going for it. Strongly recommend for a great time.
